How to say "after"

When you want to say "after," you can use -은 다음에, -고 나서, -은 후에 

1. -은 다음에

1) 아침 먹은 다음에 학교에 가요. After I finish breakfast, I go to school.

2) 학교 갔다온 다음에 친구를 만나요. After I come back from school, I meet my friend.

3) 친구 만난 다음에 집에 가요. After I meet my friend, I go home.

2. -고 나서
It is used for an immediate action that follows one action at the same place. 
1) 샤워 하고 나서 양치해요. After I'm done with a shower, I brush my teeth.
2) 양치하고 나서 침대에 누워요. After I'm done wtih brushing my teeth, I lie on the bed. 

3. -은 후에
It is used more for writing or formal setting. It's also used often with a noun. 

1) (At the pharmacy) 식사 후에 복용하세요. 
Take the medicine after a meal. 

2) 대학교 졸업한 후에 회사에 들어갔어요. 
After I graduate college, I got a job at a company. 

3) 지진 후에 피해가 컸어요. 
After an earthquake, there was a huge damage.
