The scam
Rick: Hej Bill. Hur är läget?
Rick: Hi Bill, how is it going?
Bill: Inget vidare.
Bill: Oh, not so good.
Rick: Vad har hänt?
Rick: What happened?
Bill: Jag kom hem från semestern för några dagar sedan, och nu har jag insett att jag har blivit lurad.
Bill: Oh, I've come back from holiday a few days ago and now I've realized that I've been scammed.
Rick: Åh, det var tråkigt att höra. Hur gick det till?
Rick: Oh sorry to hear that. How did that happen?
Bill: De tog en fotokopia av mitt körkort på ett litet hotell. Sedan frågade de efter mitt personnummer. Jag var trött, och dum nog att ge dem det.
Bill: Well, in a small hotel they made a photocopy of my driver's license. Afterwards they asked me for my social security number. I was tired and stupid enough to give it to them.
Rick: Åh nej, en identitetsstöld?
Rick: Oh no, an identity theft?
Bill: Ja ... Men nu har jag lärt mig. Jag har spärrat alla kreditkort som jag inte använder, också.
Bill: Yes.. well now I've learned from that. I've cancelled all my unused credit cards as well.
Rick: Det var nog en bra idé!
Rick: That's probably a good idea!
