Thanaphon: Hi Thawatchai. How are you?
ธวัชชัย: สบายดี ผมเพิ่งไปดูคอนเสิร์ตกับภรรยาผม
Thawatchai: Great. I've just been to a concert with my wife.
ธนพล: คอนเสิร์ตของใครหรือครับ?
Thanaphon: Whose concert?
ธวัชชัย: Laura Cantrell นักร้องลูกทุ่ง
Thawatchai: Laura Cantrell. A country singer.
ธนพล: ลูกทุ่งเหรอ? ผมนึกว่าคุณชอบเฮฟวีเมทัลซะอีก
Thanaphon: Country? I thought you like heavy metal?
ธวัชชัย: โอ เดี๋ยวนี้ผมไม่ดูคอนเสิร์ตเฮฟวีเมทัลแล้ว เสียงมันดังเกินไป หูผมรับไม่ไหวแล้ว
Thawatchai: Oh, these days I don't go to heavy metal concerts anymore. They are so insanely loud. My ears can't take that anymore.
ธนพล: ฮ่าฮ่า คุณพูดถูก ครั้งหนึ่งผมไปดูคอนเสิร์ตของ W.A.S.P. อีก 2 วันต่อมาหูผมยังอื้ออยู่เลย
Thanaphon: Haha, yes you are right. I went to a W.A.S.P. concert once and two days later my ears were still ringing.
ธวัชชัย: ใช่ ปัญหาเดียวกับไนท์คลับเลย หูผมยังอื้ออยู่จากการไปเที่ยวเมื่อ 15 ปีมาแล้ว
Thawatchai: Exactly. Same problem with nightclubs. I still have tinnitus from a visit 15 years ago.
ธนพล: หูอื้อนี่เป็นอาการถาวรหรือครับ?
Thanaphon: So the tinnitus can become permanent?
ธวัชชัย: ใช่ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ถ้าคุณไปหาหมอช้าเหมือนผม ตามปกติคุณควรไปหาหมอถ้าอาการหูอื้อไม่หายไปภายใน 3 วัน!
Thawatchai: Yes, especially if you go to the doctor too late like me. Normally you should go to the doctor if the ear ringing doesn't disappear after 3 days!
