Wilawan: Hello Manlika. How was your trip to Chiang Mai?

มัลลิกา: ไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่!

Manlika: Not so good!

---

วิลาวัณย์: อ้าว เกิดอะไรขึ้นเหรอ?

Wilawan: Oh, what happened?

---

มัลลิกา: พ่อฉันไม่ยอมมากรุงเทพฯ ด้วยนะสิ

Manlika: My father refuses to come to Bangkok with me.

---

วิลาวัณย์: อ้าวเหรอ ทำไมล่ะ?

Wilawan: Oh dear. Why?

---

มัลลิกา: พ่อบอกว่ายังไม่พร้อม แต่แค่ดูแลตัวเองก็แทบจะไม่ไหวแล้วนะ

Manlika: He says he isn't ready yet. But he is hardly able to take care of himself.

วิลาวัณย์: ท่านอายุเท่าไหร่เหรอ?

Wilawan: How old is he?

---

มัลลิกา: 86 ปีแล้วล่ะ

Manlika: 86 years.

---

วิลาวัณย์: ให้ท่านอยู่บ้านคนชราในเชียงใหม่ไม่ได้เหรอ?

Wilawan: Can't he go to a nursing home in Chiang Mai?

---

มัลลิกา: ที่เชียงใหม่ไม่มีหรอก

Manlika: No such thing in Chiang Mai.

---

วิลาวัณย์: งั้นตอนนี้เธอจะทำยังไง?

Wilawan: So what are you going to do now?

---

มัลลิกา: ฉันอาจจะต้องกลับเชียงใหม่

Manlika: I might have to go back to Chiang Mai.

---

วิลาวัณย์: สามีเธอจะต้องไม่ชอบแน่ ๆ!

Wilawan: Your husband won't like that!

---

มัลลิกา: ฉันก็ไม่ชอบเหมือนกัน! ฉันชอบอยู่กรุงเทพฯ มากกว่า!
